My Process

My Spiritual guidance readings generally go for an hour and I like to let you know how I work. I take you through a guided meditation and channel the information for you from my guides and Angels, which I write down and share with you after the meditation. I like to receive the guidance from that higher place first. As we then discuss the information I've received you're welcome to share things that come to mind as well as ask questions, as this may generate answers to a deeper level. Loved ones in Heaven can also share messages for you and if this is part of your focus we can talk about this further. As we discuss the information I received when we get to the point of it, I get goosebumps on my arms that you can clearly see, which is confirmation from Spirit. I also like to gift you with some energy tools for general well-being.
